Montagu’s rock walls offer a wide variety of high quality climbing opportunities at every level from beginner to expert.   The area has over 450 climbing routes which cater for climbers of all levels of experience.  Montagu is recognised as one of the outstanding climbing destinations in South Africa.

Join us for a great day out and experience some of the best rock climbing in South Africa.

WE PROVIDE:

ACTIVITY DURATION PRICE

2 HOUR CLIMBING

Suitable for people of all levels of experience.  Great if you just want to try it out or if you an experienced climber that wants the best crag for your grade or style.

 2 hours R 850 per person *

HALF DAY SPORT CLIMBING

Suitable for people of all levels of experience.

 +/- 4 hours  R 1200 per person *

FULL DAY SPORT CLIMBING

Suitable for people of all levels of experience.  Visit more than one crag.  We’ll pick the best crags/routes for your style and grade of climbing.  We’ll start early in the morning and pick the perfect crag for sun/shade/routes then take a nice break for lunch (we can either pack a lunch and climb through OR go to one of the many local restaurants), then visit another crag in the afternoon.

  +/- 7 hours  R 1700 per person *

MULTI-PITCH CLIMBING ON COGMANS BUTTRESS

Climbers must be competent climbing with
a minimum grade 18 / 6a/ 5.10

ROCK SCRAMBLING

ABSEILING

Suitable for people of all levels of experience

Group size: 4 or more people

 +/- 2 hours R 500 per person
